# Recipe Ingredients:

11 - 2 cups cooked jasmine rice or sushi rice
12 - 1 cup shredded red cabbage

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Pat each salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Coat with olive oil, then evenly sprinkle with kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
03 - Arrange seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until opaque and easily flaked with a fork.
04 - While salmon roasts, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
05 - Spoon cooked rice evenly into four serving bowls. Arrange shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced avocado, and scallions around each bowl.
06 - Place a roasted salmon fillet atop each bowl of rice and vegetables. Generously drizzle with the prepared Bang Bang sauce.
