→ Garnishes & Extras

19 - 1 small bunch microgreens
20 - Edible flowers (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, finely chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and thoroughly incorporated. Set aside until ready to assemble.
02 - Place hard-boiled eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork to desired consistency. Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well blended. Refrigerate until needed.
03 - Mix softened butter with chopped fresh parsley and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth. Season generously with black pepper. Keep at room temperature for easy spreading.
04 - Lay out all bread slices on a clean work surface. Press a large heart-shaped cookie cutter firmly into each slice to cut out as many heart shapes as possible from each piece. Reserve scraps for another use.
05 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on half of the white bread hearts. Layer thinly sliced cucumber over the cream cheese, then top with remaining white bread hearts to complete sandwiches.
06 - Generously spread egg salad filling on half of the whole wheat bread hearts. Place another whole wheat heart on top of each filled piece, pressing gently to adhere.
07 - Spread herbed butter on remaining white or rye bread hearts. Arrange smoked salmon slices over the butter, then top with matching bread hearts to finish.
08 - Place completed sandwiches on a large serving board or platter, alternating the three varieties in an attractive pattern. Group similar fillings together or create a visually appealing mixed arrangement.
09 - Scatter thinly sliced radishes, microgreens, and edible flowers around and between sandwiches. Add lemon wedges as accent pieces. Serve immediately or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
