# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The combination of tangy lemon and rich cheesecake filling creates that perfect sweet-tart balance that keeps you reaching for just one more
  • These cookies look stunning on a platter but come together with surprisingly manageable steps, even if you are not a confident baker
02 -
  • The chilling step is not optional because warm dough will spread too much and the filling might leak out during baking
  • Seal the edges of your dough balls thoroughly or you will end up with cheesecake oozing onto your baking sheet instead of staying inside
03 -
  • Room temperature ingredients incorporate better and prevent lumps in both your dough and filling
  • A cookie scoop makes portioning much easier and helps ensure all your cookies bake evenly
