02 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

05 - 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
06 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds, optional
07 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs, optional

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir together until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
