# Directions:

01 - Rub chicken thighs evenly with salt and black pepper on all sides.
02 - Place sliced bell pepper, onion, carrot, minced garlic, and grated ginger in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
03 - Arrange seasoned chicken thighs directly on top of the vegetable bed.
