01 - Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - Whisk together Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken reaches 165°F and is tender throughout.
05 - Remove chicken, shred with two forks, return to slow cooker, and stir to coat with sauce. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
